charge a fee for service calls. Home
Warranty One offers a single plan
with a fixed rate and one flat fee
of $75 per Service Call, due to the
technician at the time of service.
In some situations, yes. Home Warranty
One offers comprehensive coverage
for 18 essential components, but
limitations apply, depending on the
extent of the repair or replacement
and the conditions result in the need
for the service call. Please refer to
the agreement for additional information.
You call our service center, which is open
24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a
year. We understand problems happen
when you least expect them and are
here for you when you need us most.
We’ll then schedule a service call, at your
convenience, Monday-Friday between
the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.
It’s easy. You file a service order with
Home Warranty One 24/7/362 and
we’ll send a certified local technician
to your home at a time that works for
you. They’ll diagnose the problem and
we’ll move forward with the repair or
replacement process, if the item is
covered under our terms and conditions.

for our team. A friendly specialist will
work with you to arrange a service
call ASAP and will immediately initiate
the repair or replacement process.
